To schedule a tour, please fill out the pre-enrollment form by clicking here. After receiving the pre-enrollment form, the director will call you to schedule a tour within 72 hours. If you are eager to visit, you are welcome to call and set up a site visit.

Our director will go over the registration forms with you in person after the school tour.

2. Current immunization record and current Physician’s report. (form will be provided)
3. Registration fee which is non-refundable.
